Tried to take notes of what one should stop doing but haven’t really found 5… 1. Stop drinking coffee, alcohol and sugary beverages; 2. Stop drinking tap or bottled water; … and the rest? Found more info what is actually helpful to do: 1. Treating water with respect and intention; 2. Removing shoes on a fresh dewy grass; 3. Expose filtered water to sun and moonlight, as well as good intentions.

Hence the video is not clearly built nor the title is accurate. It took me much more time to actually understand the content of the video.

However thank you for your video and sharing. The tips were interesting and I will definitely try them out.
