Thank you for this video..my after meal are controlled but my fasting level is always in range 95-100..do you count 8-10 hours past your bedtime snack or after dinner for fasting sugar..

Hi Mam.. Not able to control my fasting sugar.. Goes above 120-140.. After meal it is below 140.. Completely avoided rice, potatoes, sweets and Daily have a walk for approx 15-20 mins after lunch and dinner. Dinner is around 8-8:30 and have milk around 10:30-11 ..
kindly suggest want can I do as i am vegetarian

What is tha normal blood sugar after 1hr of meal. Taking novorapid insulin before each meal. If sugar levels is 85mg/dl after 1hr of food this is normal or low. After embryo transfer and those who are pregnant. Please reply.
