I work 2 jobs. Most nights I don't get home until 11pm after I get done at the gym. One night a week I make a whole bunch of rice and bake up a bunch of marinated chicken breasts. I have those birdseye microwave bags for the vegetable. I get home, throw the vegetables in the microwave to get it started, slap the chicken on the plate with the rice. Throw the veggies on the plate then warm it back up in the microwave. Dinner inside of 6 minutes. Way healthier than fast food or frozen pizza.

This is 100% true. Dieting is easy when you choose the right foods. Anytime a diet became hard or I couldn't stand it was when I would have that dessert or that high calorie high processed food instead of the vegetable or fruit.

Eaay hack is switch out eggs for liquid egg whites, switch out any beef for 93% beef and chicken breast, also rice krispies are like 90 cals and pretty satiating

Right on! Easiest thing for me has been to do my cooking for the next week on Saturday then prep my daily meals on Sunday. M-F it's an easy grab and go.

My trick to dieting is to save the majority of my calories for a late dinner, then i feel full when i go to bed. It helps that I've never eaten breakfast because i don't get hungry until the afternoon.

Honestly, fat loss dieting is super easy when you reach your goal. I have set a goal in the start of the year to lose 20 kg, I lost them in 5 months but then it is kinda harder to stop. I'm owning fat loss when I don't even need to

Tracking macros while trying to be as accurate as possible is a huge time sink. I remember working at a corporate restaurant which had a nutrition log book as well as online calculator for macros. I went through the log book over the course of several days and custom designed a sandwich with 62g of protein, 80g of carbs, and 25g of fat which still isn’t amazing compared to some things you can make at home, however, it kicked the shit out of the macros of everything on their normal menu. Once I had that sandwich custom designed, I didn’t have to spend half of my lunch break calculating the macros of what I was eating anymore.

Been on a diet for 3 weeks now. Down like 10 pounds, but I now know why gym guys hate this because my lifts have been affected. Not as much how much I can move, but how many reps I can crank out.

My way of making it easy may be a bit extreme or stupid but i just eat the exact same things every day

Another quick tip that helped me was don’t completely take desserts out of your date….. include a small chocolate bar or cookie after dinner and maybe something a bit bigger once a week.

I lose weight by eating food my wife cooks. She mostly cooks veggies and meat. Because I was always looking forward to a cooked meal I wasent eating between meals. I lost 20 pounds that way without trying. If your rice and chicken are more tasty then the junk food it's going to be easier to deal with the diet.

I blend up a handful of blanched spinach with almond milk until it's smooth then toss in some apple, strawberries, beets, and peaches until I have 7 little mason jars filled, then I freeze them and take one out to thaw the day before. I drink that smoothie with an English muffin and a fried egg on gym days. Dinner every day is a pan seared chicken breast and some quinoa or a steak. So far down 30 pounds and I have enough energy to workout and recover 3x a week. Honestly just mentally stop caring about food, it's like quitting smoking or drinking, just stop caring.

If you want to stick to a diet, get things you shouldn't have out of the house. You'll just be the same way and rebound if you don't actually change the habit. Healing happens when habits change.
