This vid will get thousands of views just from the title 😛😂🤣 Just wanted to say that after 105 days of daily exposure, I’ve just had the best week so far in this relapse, in terms of behaviour and outcome. I’ve finally had days of no symptoms again, totally relaxed overall and been out for a few long days socialising. I’m only left with baseline GAD 3/10 or less, and my last thing to overcome is driving anxiety which I finally started this week. It really feels like a miracle when I could barely stand in the kitchen or walk down the street 3 months ago. Now I can actually feel normal again for longer instead of leg numbness, dizziness, DP, fatigue crashes etc.

so true. annoyingly I always find that once I've tolerated one symptom a new one starts and I have to start the cycle again. I recently got over dizziness and feeling on edge. two days later and I feel nauseous. First think I'm just sick but after 2 weeks it stays. I'm sure I'll get over it but it's frustrating and each new problem seems worse than the last (even if it isn't).

I have had dizziness for over a year it went away but then I thought about it and it came back...

I have had lightheaded dizzyness for 2 years now it goes away while laying down and driving it went away for 2 or 3 months I got anxious again and it's come back such a hard journey to get through.

The symptoms I have and hate are the nervous energy and the butterflies feeling in my chest and head. The up and down all day of low symptoms the high symptoms and at the end of day energy crash!!! Does anyone else feel like that or Drew did that ring true for u?

Many thanks, Drew! That is the real solution that I find now after 2 years (and currently) dealing with panic disorder, Agoraphobia, and health anxiety. I am only struggling with one symptom which is fear of high BP, I relate everything to that one, like headaches, head heaviness, ear pressure, and so on, and as a result, the feeling/symptoms stay too long! What can I do about such lingering and constant symptoms?

One good piece of advice I give you is: Awareness
Once you are aware of certain things, it will be easier for you to overcome your anxiety, so you will be on the right track.❤️🙏

Its been every morning for a month that I wake up, feel my heart beating. Try to go back to sleep, cant do it. Start feeling tingles and my stomach upset, shakey feeling. Take an ativan, it doesnt help. Sometimes I cry about it. Sometimes I get really bad and have a full blown breakdown. I just want to wake up feeling normal again.
