This 45 Minutes Relaxing Yin Yoga class will deeply stretch your hips, hamstrings, and spine and help you relieve stress. Move through your body and mind with compassionate ease as you break down barriers within yourself to find a greater expansion of your consciousness through the practice. Poses include child's pose, dangling, dragon, sleeping swan, half butterfly, seated spinal twist, neck rolls, and savasana.
Remember that yoga is first and foremost a non-harming practice. Listen to your body, trust your intuition, and modify the practice where it makes sense to do so.
