This 45 Minutes Relaxing Yin Yoga class will deeply stretch your hips, hamstrings, and spine and help you relieve stress. Move through your body and mind with compassionate ease as you break down barriers within yourself to find a greater expansion of your consciousness through the practice. Poses include child's pose, dangling, dragon, sleeping swan, half butterfly, seated spinal twist, neck rolls, and savasana.

Remember that yoga is first and foremost a non-harming practice. Listen to your body, trust your intuition, and modify the practice where it makes sense to do so.

Thank you so much for the wonderful Yin practice! I had relatives visiting for 2 weeks and they were using my yoga space to stay in. It was difficult to find time to practice. I had seen your video posted a couple of days ago and I was so looking forward to practice and it was so amazing to feel the tension and stress just melt away! Beautiful practice.✨️✨️💫💫💫 i added a few poses being called by body...i feel so present & grounded. I felt nausea with dragon pose on L side🤔. A surge of sadness came over me with pigeon pose on R side...stuff was moving i tell ya...thank u thank u thank u

I do this after every work out. I call it stretching. Does, the yoga come in when you play yoga music.
