I am a long time Integral Yoga and Tai Chi Teacher (43 yrs) and recently lost my husband and decided I needed to experience something different for myself and found your Yin Yoga practice and enjoying it very much. I am from Australia and 88 yrs old and for last 22 yrs, a volunteer tutor for U3a and during co vid Zoom classes every day. I have about 100 people attending my classes. I'm getting my 200 hr yoga training right now and my goal is to be as amazing as you are! Your communication and knowledge is so graceful! I struggle trying to put anything into words.. so finding a nice graceful clear communication when teachers is the biggest obstacle right now. Again.. this class was amazing thank you

Thank you… even though my knees and hip are tight as a rock- I am glad I took to the mat to a point where at some point I became emotional and teary, but also became so present that I commit myself to this yin yoga program for at least a week and observe the progress…

While I do yoga on a regular basis these days, this was my first proper Yin yoga session. I really enjoyed it. As an anxious & restless person, I feel yin yoga in particular will not only benefit my body, but also allow me to sit in my body with a calmer mind. Thanks 😊🙏🏼
