It will consciously connect you to your breath which carries vital, life-giving oxygen, and connect you to the Earth to receive its life force, to balance your root, also known as the base chakra, for a powerful, strong grounded, foundation for the other major chakras in your body. The vital life force of the planet is a great gift for your stability, feeling safe and sense of connection to the world around you. If you can, have your shoes and socks off and your feet flat on the ground in a natural setting.
