Weight gainer has always been the only way for me to put on mass. Super fast metabolism and impossible for me to get enough calories from food alone, even when I eat six meals a day and eat until I'm damn near in a food coma EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I take a wide variety of weight gainers with different flavors and different nutritional profiles as well as digestive enzymes with every meal.

Especially when it comes to eating vegetables, I need digestive enzymes to be able to digest them properly. Life of a hard gainer.

The only reason Im looking into mass gainers is because I just had braces put on.
Im all time hungry, but I can eat only soft foods like soups, pasta, rice, anything else hurts too much.
Had to stop going gym for time being, as I don't want to loose even more weight.

Bro idk about 2 pounds of muscle a week. That's a very unrealistic goal. It's a good goal to just gain 1 or 2 pounds in general weight per week though. Ide say unless you're geneticly gifted 2 or 3 pounds of lean muscle a month is very good.

It is different for everyone I am about to start going gym and give up weed and hard drugs. I am 6'7ft and am not skinny but not slim am in the middle and for me it says 6/7k calories per day and am like wtf howwww can you even eat that much per day

From my experience yes it makes you huge I went from having Covid going from 155lbs to 140lbs then I started taking mass gainer got up to 180 💪 I did feel like it was super hard to get my stomach shredded I at least had 3-5 lbs of fat in my stomach but everywhere else gets jacked up
