I love that they "fixed" the ricochet mechanic before they properly aligned the sights. They fixed the consequences of aiming poorly before the ability to aim properly.

I agree with 90% of the changes. It’s the increased volume of enemies. I’m just trying to have fun after work. Not work after work

The most puzzling choice was their desire to make enemy patrol spawning fully linear instead of scaling with players. 2 players is more than just double the power level because you work together to make up for your weaknesses (aka bringing crowd clear while buddy brings AT). No one who has played the game thinks that 4 player lobbies are harder than solo or duo's and their desire to nerf solo play into the ground is a little puzzling.

The bias toward player disadvantage just keeps winding tighter and tighter around our necks.

"Oh *this* is how spawns were meant to be"

"Oh ricochets were supposed to kill you more"

"Devastators are supposed to kill you faster"

"Scout striders are supposed to be tankier"

"There was actually supposed to be more of such and such annoying enemy type"

"These weapons we designed and released were actually meant to be worse and the bad ones only marginally better"

All the bullshit they sell us propped up with post hoc rationalization about their vision for the game. When it's really just moving the goal posts and alienating players.

While I'm a bit annoyed by some of the Nerfs (imo most nerfs are bs.anyways), what really annoys me are the bullet ricochet, which makes absolutely no sense and is, imo, total bull, and the fact that they STILL havent fixed arc weapons, the spear, AND the problem with strategem targeting.

Arrowhead has no idea what to do with semi auto weapons and it frustrates me having to relearn over and over again alongside them.

Bruh if they wanted a medium armor penetration rifle, why not just buff the Liberator Penetrator? they buffed it's other forms.

I’m sorry but this community is honestly the worst online when I play most ppl are really nice but the people online are so mean, anytime anybody criticizes the game their is a section of the community that just jumps them and calls them trash I’ve seen it literally all day today especially on Reddit

finally a SPEEDLOADER for the senator lol in the future they didn't start out with this for an ancient weapon its like if we used a spear today but instead of hard wood we used brittle plastic

Bug breaches seemed to have been buffed massively. Even with a full squad. Like Lvl 7 was getting at least 2 chargers, a bile Titan and horde of smaller units. Was spending more time trying to avoid these than doing the mission and we were constantly moving around.

What annoys me the most is the patrol spawn modifier for <4 member groups. Occasionally, I want to game with friends but maybe only 1 or 2 at best will be able to make it, and us having to deal with _more_ patrols when we're realistically lacking extra firepower in the form of another diver with their own weapons and stratagems to combat those extra enemies makes no damn sense. If this was a change to "stop" solo farmers then congrats, AH has instead screwed over legitimate smaller squads of friends who don't want to play with randoms. Nothing against randoms, but when I'm with friends I want that closer interaction with _them_ only and not have to worry about Random Helldiver Number 681193 running off on their own and possibly messing up our plans of action.

Don’t buff enemies if you’re going to keep nerfing the weapons needed to kill them. Seemed simple enough to me. The enemies in the game were ok where they were.

I believe you also cant ping the map anymore to find side objectives. Unless that was a planet specific thing.

New Ship Module added to do 25% more fire damage. But also they're reducing all fire damage by 15%. Now the ship module does only 10% more damage... like- wth man..
