The thing is, you often easily spot ineffectiveness and things (rules, or ways of communication, or whole processes) that don't make sense. But then you need to have people, who listen to you or live with the frustration of "but we always did it that way...

I'm glad someone brought this up. I worked with an engineering firm, and it was clear there was a large number of ND people. Best workplace I've ever worked with. Which research is referenced here. I'd love to read more.

My second job was "like a family" I ended up fired because I didnt fit in with the family. They'd hang out at work on days off or hang out on the weekend, it was weird, was a small business run by husband and wife and all 3 of us employees were 15-19 so I find it weird they wanted us to always be together and act like family/friends

I just want to do my work to the best of my ability, which requires focus so LEAVE ME ALONE! 😊 I’d also rather have tasks that I can do alone. I really struggle with the team dynamics.
