When I try to download it, it says that it will do changes to my pc, is it safe and what will it do?

For gaming I’m not 100% on this but I think you can dream at 1080P at 120 frames per second In OBS The best person who would know that is Linus from Linus media group I watch way too many of his videos lol

I noticed recently that in my settings I'm unable to make changes to hence i can not determine the directory to save my recording into i can't even make changes to the encoder etc
yet I've had access to it in the past
