I don't feel sad that I searched for this video, as everyone in the comments keep saying. All my life I didn't even know I was allowed to love myself. I was always comparing myself with others, always depending on other people's opinion. It is positive to search for these things, means that you WANT to change, you SEE you don't love yourself. So keep on searching :)

I don’t even know what love feels like anymore.. I feel like I’m stuck in a hole of self-hate and depression.. Her words brought me to tears.. it sounds like great ideas but I still don’t know how to make myself feel better.. thank you though!

One thing I learned from reading the comments: in the most honest moments with yourself, when you know you need to love yourself but don’t exactly know how or where to start...you may feel alone but you are not. 💜

This helped me feel better. It is hard to love yourself when you consider yourself unattractive, untalented, unintelligent and when it seems that nobody likes you and nothing you ever try works. I needed this.

Tips on what I've done to love myself a bit more
1/ Watch what you say about yourself in conversation and if you catch yourself saying bad about yourself, change that quickly by saying something good instead

2/ Record yourself by saying positive affirmations about yourself

3/ Have self-care days often even on days when you feel lazy, try to make self-care your daily ritual and even if you have a busy life, it can still be a few minutes, you don't have to take an hour or more.

4/ Vent often, say or write whatever you have in your mind

5/ Call a friend or a family member and talk to them as much as you can

6/ Meditate to positive affirmations on YouTube for a few minutes daily or a few hours.

7/ Online shop and buy clothes for yourself and make yourself feel good

8/ Have gratitude, write everything you're grateful for, make a list of 10-20 things you're grateful for daily

9/ Hug yourself (I know this sounds weird but try it lol it works)

10/ Raise your vibrations. If you know someone who brings bad vibes. Stay away from them and try to protect your energy from them. Listen to high vibrational music or go outside to recharge your spirit.

11/ Take daily walks. And when you walk repeat positive affirmations in your head. Only repeat amazing things about yourself. Even if you don't believe it at first just make an effort, it's worth it!

12/ Manifest your happiness or your ideal life. Write everything you desire in the present tense on a piece of paper. Act like as if it's already happened. And just feel happy about it.

Note: I know at some point it won't be easy and you will have those days when you won't feel good enough and you'll want to give up but just remember to push through because I'm here to tell you that it worked for me. But you just have to remain positive and have patience and even when you have tough days, you can talk to a friend or a family member! And everything will be alright! 😁😀
