I can definitely feel number 2 in my si joints. It’s a really good stretch.

Former figure skater and after numerous falls and wearing a heavy walking boot for 6 months my hips were never the same.

I see my chiropractor religiously and i do lots of core work. Doesn’t take away the pain all the way.

I can't even cross my legs to get into those positions!! I can't remember when I stopped crossing my legs!! What exercises do I do for that? I can't cross my legs knee over knee OR ankle on thigh. OUCH....help please!! I have serious SI problems. I have pain running down my left leg laying, sitting or standing/walking...it changes up. I KNOW undoubtedly that it is the SI Joints.n

I need a video to help me figure out how to get some kind of relief I have progressive anklosying spondylitis so a lot of bone on bone exspecially pelvis and si joint disfunction hips are hyper extended shoulders I pop to get feeling back idk wat it is also Ra osteoarthritis degenerative disc disease inverted scoliosis I do my own funky stretching but is thee anything u could demonstrate that could help even with all this I’m 39 and the knots in my trapiz muscles are so tight I can’t turn my neck side to side and I use a rock to find the center of them take deep breaths and hold then release and they’ll jump and disappear very slightly but it’s something
