You should add that once you have changed all the settings for mm you should go to File /Default and then Save Startup File or all of your mm settings will revert back to meters. Great video though.

An excellent precise tutorial - however in order to have Blender open in MM every time you need to go FILE - DEFAULTS - SAVE STARTUP FILE (After you have set everything up. AS listed in IMPORTANT comment down below - caused me a bit of frustration that bit but all good now.
