I'm trying to install a brush set inn Blender 2.91. I do what the video says but when I look for it there is nothing there, at the bottom of Blender, in blue there is this and dosen't show up anywhere, any help?

I install the addon from a zip over and over. I keep getting the notification in the bottom right "Modules Installed".
But it doesn't show up in the list. I restarted blender a few times.
