I use carnitine, creatine, ecdysterone, calcium D-glucarate, cholecalciferol, boron, D-chiro-inositol, Deer Velvet Antler, BPC-157, vit. K2/MK-4 and Lactobacillus reuteri.
EDIT: I also use 7-keto-DHEA, trans-resveratrol, L-methylfolate, methylcobalamine, D-aspartic acid, oxandrolone, enclomiphen and a DHT gel.

I believe excessive ejaculation decreases androgen receptors. I can’t prove it but that’s my opinion. On the other hand, semen retention might increase androgens receptivity.
Sprint training as well.

I top off bowls with cayenne pepper it helps nitric oxide and inflammation aswell. I feel like it helps the pump. Any energy drinks or preworkouts you like?

L carnitine is produced by the body if you supplement it would that affect your bodys ability to produce it same way if you intake testosterone synthetics?

I am taking a few things for testosterone off and on, but going carnivore has made the biggest change by FAR. I think my testosterone was in the 300’s, I’ve been gradually making changes in my diet, but before starting this diet like 5 months ago it was 500, and now it’s gotta be close to 1, 000. Rock hard erections, consistent and prolific hair growth, more vitality, etc. even getting symptoms of really high testosterone like acne, among other things. Sexual health has increased by a TON. I’m almost 40 btw. In case anyone is wondering why the carnivore diet helps raise testosterone so much, look into it. I don’t wanna make my comment too long or I’d explain it.

Why are all of the studies about raising testosterone or AR always done on rats and not humans? Onion juice, the probiotic L. Reuteri, etc. have all raised testosterone in rats which is great and all, I'm glad rats have high testosterone, but what about humans?
