I had worked out a lot and practiced sports all my life. I am 67 now with gradual joints going bad mainly shoulders and knees. I try not to injure them but still try to lift weights, bicycle, and swim a little at the gym. I started two weeks ago. I might not go through all the programs you showed but I'll try to do my best. I am 171 and 183 pounds borderline to obesity according to the parameters.

Amen 🙏. My last VA blood work was Free T of 519.😮
Third year of my paleo journey, 🏋 and HIIT and low carb. I'm 69 and better than my 40 year self.
2x week, upper body, two days rest then lower body then a HIIT. Rest and recovery are MY sweet spot.
Plus no Rxs, no pain or limitations. 🍻 every night too. 🙏 💪

I can’t just work out two or three times a week. I have to go five or six days a week. Is there a point where I’m working out too much and that will hurt my testosterone? I’m 60 and in great shape
