i think sprinting is one of the best things you can do to completely transform yourself. say 1-2 days a week. (ideally on top of other resistance workouts) sprinting is like sending a signal to your body saying "wtf is happening i literally need to become stronger, faster, more powerful and energetic right now!!"

Im glad that more people recently in the past few years are learning that increasing androgen receptor sensitivity is alot more important than just increasing testosterone itself and thats true for insulin too increasing insulin sensitivity is more important than increasing insulin it causes less strain and damage on your body too while still having the desired benefits!

I really appreciate your channel. It’s very difficult to find detailed information on here. Get tired of seeing the same things touted all over YouTube, your channel is always something new and I really appreciate it since our time is valuable.

I think a video on hydration and the best electrolyte powders/drinks, etc would make for a great quick video. Hydration is an issue that affects so many people and it’s a lot more complicated than “just drink water”

I know a lot of guys who drank lots of water but never reached the feeling of proper hydration till they were on constant electrolytes, potassium, magnesium, etc

Great work. I always scroll through the comments on your vids and the amount of people that either don't watch or don't pay attention to the whole video and then just ask about the information you provide in the video is quite staggering. Bros, the guy did all the work, all you have to do is listen. But then Again lack of focus is a symptom of low T.

I’m glad you pointed out sauna use helps with Heat shock protein production, I’ve heard elsewhere that the sauna if done for long enough (roughly 30min) increases human growth hormone as well. Hopefully you can add on to this if you’ve heard anything about it?

Thats really interesting and I did not know that. I always believed beneficial for my personal growth to always have something that brings me slightly over my comfort level in stress, off course in exercises but Im talking more about life, work and so on. Define my fears and intentionally push the boundaries. So this actually helps with the physiological side of male function. Super interesting! Always thought I did that with the trade off against my endochrinolocal response.

Dear sir, I would like to ask you to develop the last point you mentioned at the end of this video about supplements that hinder or block the work of androgens receptors. I'm afraid I have taken some of them in the last few years: curcume, resveratrol, etc. I'm struggling with low testosterone issues at this moment and the concern with androgen receptors you coped with in your video is a crucial aspect of my treatment.

Most importantly is SHBG. Magnesium, which is mainly found in vegetables and gains, reduces SHBG. Need a balanced diet for optimal testosterone.

Everytime I tried to lose weight my libido dropped. With a moderate caloric deficit I had a slight decrease in libido and a strong decrease with a high caloric deficit. I've always wondered why, this might be the truth : IGF-1, Insulin and Leptin effects to androgen receptors. I will try a moderate caloric deficit + zinc supplement to check if its a little bit better.

I can attest about to the natural compound androgen blocking effects. Ive been into heavy lifting for around 20 years now and even at 43 my T is naturally very high (I typically hover around 11-1200) when im drinking Matcha, eating beacoup Broccoli Sprouts, or making Turmeric beverages theres often a 1 or 2 day layover before I feel "driven" in the gym again with Heavier compound lifts.

I assumed it was due to Green Tea's SHBG boosting and Curcumins DHT reduction but it seems theres another angle afoot🤔 I'll try Carnitine dosing but i suspect ill have to just start "phasing" my lifts weekly according to their consumption because I love the benefits I get from all those things mentioned wayy too much to quit lol.
