From personal experience I would substitute the pushups for the burpee. I used to do a lot of pushups in more than a dozen variations but after I started doing burpees, doing them either slow (for strength oriented workout) or fast for a more endurance/cardio oriented workout I found that definitely it's the best bodyweight exercise anyone can do. It already includes a pushup but the addition of a squat and a jump makes it far better for the whole body and for a performance point of view. Workouts like 100 burpees for time or 10 minutes of burpees are amazing for the whole body.

Clean and press is 2 exercises...has to be a long cycle or get shot 😀
