Hello friends, I decided to try a completely new format for workout (FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT) inspired by the full body video trainings of the best fitness masters in the world. This is far from the final option yet, but I would like to move in this direction creating a universal tool for the development of the body based on the synthesis of ballet, gymnastics, pilates and much more.

я решила попробовать совершено новый формат, навеянный мне видео-тренировками лучших фитнес-мастеров мира. Это еще далеко не финальный вариант, но я бы хотела двигаться в этом направлении в сторону создания универсального инструмента по развитию своего тела, основанного на синтезе балета, гимнастики, пилатеса и много чего еще.

I am working out at home with you in Korea (of course, South Korea)every day, and really appreciate your wonderful teaching very much. Even though I'm over 60, I enjoy your teaching and try to follow every video. This video is special with your sister, and as a mom with two daughters, I envy your mom of having so wonderful and beautiful girls. Thank you very much for sharing your amazing talents!!

Can you imagine how much exercise a ballerina can do? I really admire them when they finish a whole 3hrs+ ballet

Just finished the workout! (Hey from Charleston, SC USA!) As always you continue to produce really effective workouts. And this one was great! This one really got my heart pumping! My goals, besides continually improving my technique as a dancer, is gaining more strength, stability, and stamina. This workout hit all those marks for me. Well done! I loved the “studio” style atmosphere you created. I thought it was great that you had your sister as an example. I love your sisterly comradery!

As far as what I’d like to see for future workouts-stability exercises are a big one for me. For example the lunges and battements in the center show where my weakness. And on the floor the back leg pulses and star abs showed how weak my back and center are!😄😩 So back and core work is important for me.

I love how you did it with your sister <3 Could you please do more cardio exercises for dancers that are longer (like 50 minutes or an hour) as well as intense strengthening exercises for the back and legs for higher arabesque (I love the ones you already posted for arabesque but would appreciate it if there were more intense workouts) Thank you Maria for all that you are doing. I feel like I’m getting well trained as a dancer even though I can’t go to the studio now. I bless you and all that you are doing for us!

Fab workout!! First of all, yay for including your sister :) what a wonderful idea, and the workout is even more enjoyable because of that. Super impressed that you have the energy to chat AND do the exercises without losing your breath! Secondly, this is probably my favourite workout so far - it targets everything that i like to work on without overloading any part of the body.
my second most favourite workout of yours is the full body Pilates one - i now do it from memory it is so perfectly thought through and easy to follow.
Thank you for the constant inspiration and for showing us that we don't need to be in the gym to be in a great shape! :) much love from the UK! xx

This one is my favourite full body ballet inspired workout on Youtube at this moment! 😄😄 Thanks so much for your energy Maria and Sofya. Maybe you can give some modifications in your next workout for some of the exercises during the workout. For instance the side plank. I have not yet build enough strength to hold myself up on to two straight legs in a full horizontal orientation. However I can do the exercise with one knee bend and the other leg stretched, or elevated from a table or bench with straight legs. That way I can still work the same muscle groups on my own difficulty level. But I'm sure there are viewers out there that are stronger and can benefit from a modification to make exercises even more challenging. Maybe adding a rotation with the arms. Or even as simple as stacking the feet together (which I saw you do Maria) or not stacking the feet together in this move (which I saw Sofya doing) can make such a difference in difficulty on executing this move. I hope it's something you would like to consider putting into your workouts more often. Thanks again for this workout. I love it! 🥰

Love your videos and I think this one is my new favourite! I'm a professional ballet dancer from London, stuck at home in lockdown and your videos are helping to keep me healthy and sane! I love that you don't make them too easy and they really target ballet technique. There's a great mix on your channel of workouts, stretching and variations. Personally, I would love to see more pointe videos and a video for balancing or pirouettes if you're looking for ideas.

Excellent 💥 new challenge. Sofya 🌻 has definitely her place next to Maria. Display and white background make you visible and clear while doing the class. Might be useful doing/mentioning a short warm up and cool down before and after the routine respectively. The spare time allocated in addition to your own training to manage online constructive ballet workouts/classes is most appreciated.🦋
