I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.

The closed eye part was the hardest thing of the entire workout. Crazy how much we need our eyes for balance!!

Hi Katie, I'm not a dancer but this was a good workout for something low impact on joints! I usually workout with weights so this was a nice change of pace.

Wow, I am so glad I found you. I am an adult figure skater and trying to find adult ballet classes is next to impossible. You are not only hilarious but you are a real person I feel like you are watching me workout. I really need this to improve my skating. Thank you for being so awesome.

I think i did this 1000 times since it‘ out. Amazing exercises and cues. Would LOVE to have an other similar to this one but Level up.

My tip for staying balanced with your eyes closed: keep looking forward. When I close my eyes, my attention redirects on over focusing on my body, so if I keep my attention still trying to look forward, I do a lot better.
