Gym : to have a bigger muscle mass
Chalisthenic: to have a good core
Cardio : make you fit

I lift, run and play rec sports. Have a half marathon and an obstacle race coming up. I’m not going to choose one kind of activity over another. Everyone choose what works for you. All kinds of exercise are great!
