How to focus or maybe how to stay focused is what I'm talking about in this under a minute video.

I've caught myself lose focus a lot and it's the #1 reason for why i am choking so much. I notice when i play FFA DM, one headshot can trigger a series of headshots because it puts me in a deep focus mode. But when i play comp i focus on a lot of other things like sounds, the map and i focus way more on the peripheral vision than i should. I even find myself wandering off into other thoughts like "what if i miss?" or "what if i miss that easy HS" that makes me choke to death every single time. Finding that zen mode focus is hard and it's my only focus as of now since mastering all the other elements of the game.

Man i've had games of R6 where my mind would just blank out and I would either be terrible or muscle memory kicks in and I do stuff some good stuff. So I'm kinda like Zenitsu
