Just writing down the list to live longer, drink a coffee at a certain time, cold shower, or dip in cold water. Eat only meat, or be vegan, breathe like whim hoff, semen retention, etc, etc, etc, etc. Right, popping across the road to talk to the couple who are in their 80s and show Them the list, to see what they say!!

I think I have a good idea what they'll say

I wonder if this would also work when trying to change a motor pattern like a golf swing?
