I like to know WHAT IS TOO MUCH OF OMEGA 3 PER SOME TIME (day?) and the same goes for vitamin D (and other vitamins)... what is the RIGHT amount ? ... some supplements have more that just one "important" ingredients in it and when taking just 2 different ones and both do have omega 3 in it but also other supplement ...is it dangerous to our system or our bodies are capable of taking care of "too much " supplements ??
