If you can't get orzo, can you use cooked rice instead?

I would leave out the heavy Cream I'm not big on cream sauces but I do like the chicken broth. Garlic and Olive oil and onion. Sorry would make it more like an aglio e olio. With the parm and spinach of course lemon zest and juice and pasta.
