One Pot Pasta Bolognese

One Pot Pasta Bolognese is the quick version of Spaghetti Bolognese using two nifty shortcuts: cooking spaghetti IN the meat sauce, plus an instant thick, rich sauce using tomato passata / tomato puree instead of the usual crushed tomatoes.

You didn't really think I'd use bottled pasta sauce, did you?? Forget that! We're making from scratch!

Wow, I so love watching your vids - you make it look so easy. Already knew the trick about flushing out sauce bottles with stock/water to stop wastage but cooking the pasta in the same pot - now that is a stroke of genius [and it saves on washing up!]. Gonna try this.

I’m not a fan of the original bolognese sauce with milk and wine, I’ve always wanted a recipe with just meat, tomato sauce, and spices, thanks for sharing yours with me!
