It's beautiful seeing your interactions with your son; the lack of a proper father figure in guys has been a problem in the U.S. for some time now, and continues to be a problem as well. You nourish him, spend time with him, engage with him - on top that, he's getting the best possible nutrition, life stye, and health benefits. Straight 10/10.

By far the healthiest thing about this video is Chris's relationship with his son.

I love the brutal honesty of the Taco Bell employee. How many times have you seen a fast food employee flat out admit that their food isn’t healthy to a customer?

ngl i cried at the basketball part, when i was little i always asked my father to play some sport with me but he never accepted, it's nice to see kids grow up with such nice memories, expecially if you know how much it hurts to not have any of this kind

Really liking the chemistry you and your son have. Father- son bond is more precious than gold.

I like how he doesn’t invite his son to
The other junk eating vid but invites
him to this “healthy”, and convinces
him that HIS homemade food is #1
The best. Then at basketball lets
his son tie, so that he can do his
push-ups too and both workout
together. Such methodical parenting.

I think a benefit of having a younger father is the brotherly chemistry that comes with it. The stern necessity for discipline and the empathy for a bond is essentially what a father figure should have, but is typically seen from an older brother. Great balance!

Your son has the sweetest, most genuine smile and such good energy. As do you. Always fun to see you two together.

Also, been doing your workouts along with healthy eating for the past month and the changes I ‘m already seeing are incredible!! Going to buy myself a weighted vest to amp up those results, baby! 💪👌🙏

The fact that your son was so happy to eat 'the real food' is priceless. I took the little one (8-year-old) to KFC (we do it like 2 times a year) and he only ate couple of fries...then he asked if there is a real dinner 🥺❤️ we ate the bowl of pasta with ground beef, carrots and tomato passata (and of course some cheddar for him and arugula for me). It is so important to educate kids and teach them to choose healthy food 💪❤️

crazy how we just kinda get "used to" this fastfood stuff... and not realizing how bad it makes us feel until we actually eat good food for a while and realize the difference it actually makes! Thanks for shedding some light on this, awesome challenge man

Seeing your relationship with your son and how you both have such friendly interactions with each other, without any amount of that typical "condescending Dad voice", it was really cool to see. When I have a kid one day, I definitely want to have that kind of relationship with them! I would love to claim you as my motivation, but in all honesty, I have only gotten worse and worse, and I think that is because of some health conditions that I've been waiting to get checked for for over a year now, and finally have a doctor's appointment next month when *hopefully* I can get some answers so I can start to not feel like a zombie and more like myself again.

Love your videos brother, I wish you and everyone here the absolute best of luck in everything you do!

Hope these videos open some eyes. People I know always say "I workout a lot, so I am able to eat whatever I want without any downsides". Keep up with the good work Chris!

I admire how you spend quality time with your son and still lead such a healthy and wholesome lifestyle. I am 40 this year and started my pysical transformation 4 months ago i have lost a total of 18 kgs since and dropped my body fat % by almost 10% .. Watching your videos inspire me to keep going till i see my abs and keep going from there.

Chris, I'm begging you, could you, please, make a meal prep video, in which you show how to prepare meals for a whole week ahead? The food that I've seen you cook looks amazing but I neither have the time nor the desire to actually cook before my every single meal, so it would be great to learn how one can prepare a bunch of meals like the ones you cook using as little time as possible. And I think a lot of other people would want to see that as well
