As an American, I'm used to being surrounded by this unsatiating, calorie dense garbage so when I spent time in England I was mind blown how hard it was to get my calories in. Even eating the exact same foods (meats, oatmeal/porridge, pastas) I had to eat waaay more to even hit maintenance calories. There's a huge difference in the food available to America and Europe

I had no idea what kind of junk I was eating my whole life. I got terribly fat and worst thing is I wasn't noticing it until I went to doctor for a checkup and my results were terrible. That's when I decided to start living healthy. Im 17 rn working and i work at chick fil a and can vouch thats its definetly the best fast food in my opinion.

I get free meals so i probably eat it too much but im skinny and always have been so it isnt a big problem.
