What I like about this video is that you explain what branding is. At age 75, I'm planning a channel on textile art. I already wrote down my description and some strategies (to make sure I know what I'm doing) but I became confused with the branding part. 😮 Now i can be a chubby old woman who makes/plays with textile dolls while she hums. Yeah!

This is something that I really struggled with but I must say your logic is 100% spot on.

I have to stop being so neutral in my videos not wanting to pick side, I think that comes from so many people telling me I’m to blunt.

Thank you so much for your channel and all your content! I love your accent, your positivity, the fact you live on a farm and have kids and you have to finish your work by 3pm to go pick up your kids—getting to know these things about you A. makes me feel encouraged to become a creator and B. have the belief that I can have all the constraints and pressures going on in my life and still make the content I want to create, and do that consistently. I have not started my channel yet but I’m working hard to learn what I need to learn in order for it to feel like me and be realistic and sustainable for me.

Ok- what I liked that kept me on ur channel- def agree about the mom thing. I love that u tell how u get things done as a mom AND creator. I’m in the spiritual genre and a lot of the people in that genre don’t have kids and they get to meditate much more than I do for instance so I’ve been incorporating that aspect into My videos like ‘I’m a mom AND spiritual’ AND no. 2 your accent. I’m from a small town and live near a big city now and I have an accent and I love that you let yours flow. I’ve been letting mine flow more lately too online and I sound so much more authentic. Such a great video. You explained the importance of branding yourself as the creator so well. It's so easy to get caught up in the little things that don't actually matter like logos, colors, etc. when we really should be focusing on showcasing ourselves as the face of our brand and building those connections!
