The fact that nobody talks about the book Woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance

Needed this video. I’m starting a 6 week program to get back into a routine after having a baby the end of last year. I missed the gym. Down 35 lbs since her birth 4 months ago. 50 to go.

The fitness journey is just that- a journey. There will always be new discoveries, adjustments and unexpected changes that come with it. I've been going steady for 1 year so far and I love it.

She gave some good advice but I particularly like the whole “don’t automatically drop down to 1200 calories” bit. I’ve noticed weight loss by simply eating at home more instead of eating out which means I am probably cutting 500-1000 calories without starving myself. Which was her point and it’s been easier for me to stay with it.

This was a GREAT video! Losing weight is really so simple. We just have to do the work and it almost always starts with mindset. I love your approach because I'm in the same boat. I didn't want to track any calories or macros. It works but most of us really just want to live normal lives and be in a body that we feel the most confident in.

This was very helpful. Im 175 trying to get rid of 35-40 pounds. I turn 25 in June and I want to be able to be confident and my weight is my biggest insecurity. I will try your tips 🤞🏽 thank you 🤍🤍

The hardest part is getting started. I’m 2 weeks in and already 8lbs downs with only going 3-4 days a week, but I’ve been going HARD! It took me looking at YouTube videos of different sets to realize that I was doing double what professionals were doing 🥴lol. I do count my micros but I give myself grace as well, and I’m not super strict with it either. Thank you for this video, because it definitely helped to keep me motivated. I also love a good workout outfit, it keeps me going as well😂😂😂. We love to shop over here and it’s just anothe reason to do so. I love your videos and would love to see you more on this platform!

This is right on time! I just said that I want to lose 20 lbs by the end of May. I’ve had the same issue with being too strict and trying to go too hard then ending up falling off. This was very helpful, thank you!

I started my journey in January. I have had bumps along the way in my journey but I've lost around 10 pounds so far. I have adjusted my routine and I hope it is gonna help me. I am eating homecooked meals, upping my veggie intake, allowing myself a Starbucks drink on the weekends, and working out about 4-5 days a week varying from HIIT, to strength, to cardio for about 30 minutes each day. I am also doing more chores during the day so I am on my feet more.

Needed this. I gained nearly 100lbs 😭 since the beginning of my pregnancy, my daughter is currently 8 going on 9 months old and I just kickstarted my weigh loss journey after finding out I’m nearing pre diabetic. I’m down 9lbs so far. (I lost 100lbs back in 2018 and I’ve maintained that up until getting pregnant so my goal is to get back to 195)

Thanks Amber. This really helps. I’ve lost over 50 pounds in the past year. Now I’m trying to figure out what to do in order to build muscles and tone my body. You are a inspiration as always. Thanks again❤

Thank You! I can relate to dropping my calories to 1300/1500 and losing so much weight quickly. I've been in and out of burnout and this time I'm to change my life into a much healthier lifestyle instead of lying to myself and overdoing it. I'm also enjoying family time, eating out with co-workers and enjoying food again.

I love practical, logical, realistic, and easy to understand advice/info... no pressure and we appreciate it. Thank you for this ! So basically start at your own pace with food and exercise. Then as you become disciplined make modifications as you go. BUT DONT QUIT!

This is exactly what I’m doing. I’m making this a lifestyle so I’m eating in moderation and I occasionally eat something sweet. You’re so right…dropping your calories too low to lose weight fast and then try to more calories will definitely put the weight you lost and more back on quickly. Thanks for sharing😇
