Chloe Ting Ab Workout Review
I am not bashing Chloe. Her videos work for other people. For me, I prefer movements that are more simplified and focused on breathing and controlled movements. My Chloe Ting results did not last because the ratio of cardio to weights were not ideal for my goals and body.

You don't need a personal trainer, but if you're lost like I was having a professional to guide you and get you started really helps.

This is the kind of video we want. Not blabbing the same thing, not lengthy, giving absolutely the right information and most importantly very inspirational.

This makes me so happy, I’m 14 and I’m very short stature with wide bones and seeing someone else who has that same stature as me makes me have hope that I can actually be fit. I’ve always seen super tall narrow built people and it made me feel like it was impossible but now I have motivation, you are very inspiring!

This book, Woman's Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth, opened my eyes to so many things I didn’t know. If you're struggling with weight loss, this is a must-read!

I don’t often see Asian women with a similar body type to mine, strong shoulder and shorter thick legs. I was able to keep the weight off in my teenage year and early 20s, but my late 20s hit and my body started to look different. I kind of let myself go and became content. Your videos has reminded me that these features I have are not concrete. I can work on them and mold them into more of what I want them to look like. I guess I’m trying to just say that if you can do it, I can do it. Thank you for showing me an reminding me that my body can look like how it looked 5 years ago with effort.

Keys to success: 1) Diet breaks where you eat at maintenance for 1 week or maybe even 2 weeks 2) More muscle mass helps with basal metabolic rate 3) Maintain high caloric flux through cardio / weight training etc. so that you have high input and output of calories - this way your body will always have plenty of macros and micro-nutrients cycling though and you never go into "starvation mode" on very low calorie levels - energy levels and concentration / productivity / hormone status will remain healthy with this approach

No...even in a surplus it is extremely hard for women to become "bulky." I've been doing powerbuilding for a few years now cycling between surplus and maintenance. It is really REALLY hard to get bulky. I never did. If anything, I gained more of an hourglass shape but never got bulky.

Bulky means big. Having toned muscles is not bulky, by definition. And if it's any consolation to other women, I gained about 1 or 2 inches of muscle at my peak but really haven't grown much more. It isn't very noticeable either except the hourglass thing I mentioned. Other than that I've definitely gained strength and tone, but not much on the size end. Let me just say, if you want curves, definitely try bulking and afterwards going to maintenance. (I lost my period every time I cut so I don't do that anymore)

I know this video is 1.5 years old, but Youtube recommended it to me and I just wanted to point out that I am once again shocked how a "simple" remark by someone can have such a huge impact, especially on young girls. I really hope the person that said this to you back then has a better mindset now. Thank you for opening up to us and sharing your journey. This reminds me once more that we should be nicer to and look out for each other and never comment on someone else's body. Sending a big hug!
