What you say is so true, I have had a lot of lucid dreams and only a few astral projections over the years. There is definitely a difference between them and until you have had both it is hard to explain the difference. lucid is a dream you can control and create the scene by thinking about it and obe is basically real-life but not, all at the same time. If I hadn't had them, I would have thought they weren't real as well

I agree. I know it is possible to do it but I might not be ready ore I am just too scared to do it. So that is my problem. If somebody really want an out of body expierience and can't astral project then the only thing is to try DMT which will freak you out ofcourse, because it is an psycadelic, but you will imediatly leave your body without trying to do that. But psycadelics just are the fast and easy path.
