Since I was in the mood, and craving some blueberry muffins, lets head into the Live Lean TV kitchen and put together this easy recipe.
By the way, I call it the "anti-muffin top" muffin, because it contains all healthy paleo ingredients that are "gainz friendly", and designed to get you lean, while making your tastebuds happy.
As you'll see in the video cooking recipe, I failed at my first attempt in making this blueberry muffin recipe.
The blueberry muffins came out dry and tasted very bland because they didn't have any sweetness or flavor.
And as you know, we don't recommend eating dry and bland foods on Live Lean TV!
Which 2 ingredients were missing?
If you guessed applesauce to make the blueberry muffins moist, and maple syrup to add flavor, you are correct!

This blueberry muffins recipe came out so moist, so delicious, and looking so good.
The muffins also are easily removed from the silicone muffin tin, and even though we used healthy ingredients, they are super moist, and taste just like a blueberry muffin should taste.
That's what we call Living Lean.
DAMN that's good!
Give this super moist and easy blueberry muffins recipe a try.
I only used healthy ingredients that should be staples in your kitchen cabinets all year round.
That way, when you have a snack craving, but you want to stick to your nutrition plan, go grab these ingredients from your kitchen, and throw this easy blueberry muffins recipe together in just 20 minutes.
Once you make these blueberry muffins, share them with your significant other, your kids, and friends.
They're moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
These blueberry muffins also make a great snack to take with you to work as they contain protein and a good source of healthy fats.
