I love that you give measurements in grams as well. I very much prefer to cook using weight instead of volume because it is so much more accurate. Also appreciate that you often talk about why ingredients are used, very informative for newbies like myself.

A quick tip for everyone this man is amazing great family glad he’s here for us. I haven’t bought your book yet, but I will be buying it soon. Just got into an accident couple of months ago. It’s been terrible, but I’m surviving but back to the cake everybody what I did was, I refrigerated the cake overnight Then poured blueberry jam that I strained over the top but be careful not to go over the edges.
