I don't know who you are but this 50 second video is very helpful for this. This exercise is king and has helped strengthen my knees and reduce soreness. Such a good exercise .

Hey Coach, every time I try to do reverse nordics, my back feels stiff & I can’t get that low going backwards, also could you possibly upload Sissy squat progression please? Thank you for uploading all these videos

Are my legs supposed to make a sort of W shape or are my heels supposed to just go under my butt? Or are the heels supposed to be kinda next to the cheek? Idk how else to word it but it's a legit question I have lol
