Perfect time for me 40 mins and I always feel so happy to do some punching because it gets the silly bad vibes out of your mind and body which you may have accumulated throughout the day. A happier chappy now plus I kinda of like having sweat drip down my eye lids because it means I’ve worked out 💪🏼🙏🏻 ❤️💛💚

Really appreciated the warm up and and cool down, they were thorough and well designed, you do it BEST! Really enjoyed the sore arm feeling as well when I added 2lbs weights! FINALLY I found a kickboxing workout and knee friendly. I really love kickboxing but sometimes too hard for me since my both knees problem. The best part is this workout burns a lot of cals! Also I really like her for showing us that she was tired and stopped for a few sec, even though she's an expert. I never left a comment on YouTube, but for this one, I have to ✨ thank you so much!! And please make more videos like this~

Heute fiel mir das Aufstehen um 4:30 besonders schwer - Montag halt. Da mein Kopf aber keine Lücke am Tag fand mein Workout mit dir zu einer anderen Zeit einzuschieben, habe ich mich aufgerafft… und…. Bin soooo glücklich und voller Energie für den Tag nun! Deine workouts sind und bleiben der Hammer! Die Musik ist super hier, wieder viele herausfordernde Moves und am Ende nassgeschwitzt! Perfekt!! Du verdienst wirklich so viel mehr Follower! Also los Leute! Probiert es aus! Man ist sofort überzeugt 😊❤
