For those who want the math to be simplified to make this quicker: Take your circumference and divide it by the default helmet circumference. The example in this video: 24 divided by 22 = 1.091 which is 109.1%

Not all heroes wear capes (but some do wear helmets). You sir, are a saint!

For those who might be wondering what "Axis Short" and "Axis Long" are on the head models, "Axis Short" is the length between the left and right side of the head in inches. And "Axis Long" is the length from the Parietal Bone to the ridge of the eyebrow if you measured it in a straight line.

The real superhero helmet is this mans face. This is by far the most helpful video I've come across on my journey to build my own helmet. Thanks so much man😊

Hey I want to say thank you so much for this! I’m printing an iron man suit and have managed to get everything scaled well except for the helmet; I just haven’t had a win. I have a feeling I’m going to get a well scaled helmet using this method! Thank you!

I personally like using Armorsmith because it's for the entire body. but this is a great free way to scale if you just want the helmet. Also if you're trying to line up multiple parts, just do it off of the build plate in Cura. That way they can float where ever you put them and they won't snap to the build plate.
