How I Scale 3D Printed Armor (and Helmets!) for Cosplay

hope you enjoyed this quick tutorial, I realize it's a bit short and I can go into further detail with larger pieces of armor in the future if you'd like, this was just my current experience with resizing armor for my Tech cosplay from The Clone Wars!

you can also get armorsmith the new version will once you put in your messerument it will auto size and then move into cura to print out.

Thanks so much for the tips. Literally just setup my first 3D printer last week and have done a few test prints. Sizing of any armour, even with foam, seems to be my main problem with crafting so hoping these tips will help. Well done on opening an Etsy store!

This was great. I got to the point of slicing the opening areas for your wrist but I was always worried about not scaling uniformly and it looking weird. I recently ran into an issue where the length was perfect but the circumference was way to big. Glad I found this!!!
