If you’re feeling tense or anxious, try this technique to calm down your system. You can do it in meetings or in conversation, but for optimal benefit it's best to practice at least 5min/day when you ARE calm. That way you build the habit of nervous system regulation. I exhaled through the nose but you can also do it through the mouth.
