I absolutely love this "behind the scenes" style it's calm not so scripted, it fits the vibe sooo good.

Shoutout to Ethan for making protein-rich meals that actually taste good and aren’t just chicken and broccoli.

My pupils dilated when he said 'help everyone out for every chicken breast recipe for the rest of your life' - this man has taught me to cook and I'm psyched to level up

Ethan talking about his hugely ambitious next video project: “I want it to really stand the test of time, and have a lot of foundational information that will hopefully help everyone out for every chicken breast recipe for the rest of your life.”

Me rewatching a video where he made himself a taco in an AirBnB: 👀

You should definitely make this a series, especially to add more information and quality to your deep dive videos. Just a quick, minimally edited ramble-style video of you throwing stuff together, perfect.

Informative, laid back, improvising like a true home cook based on what’s in the fridge.

This has the vibe of a Kenji video. And that is the highest praise I can give. Nice work dude.

The combination of your "deep dive" videos and these more laid back, simple week day recipe ideas is what I enjoy most about your channel! Looking forward to the chicken video!

I really like these type of videos, Ethan. Very authentic and no fills. I appreciate that you make videos for the average person who wants to make a decent meal at home that aren't time consuming. I'll definitely make this at home!

🙌🏻 it’s a good day. Always love a quick recipe video tossed in between the deep dives

I like this video, It a good addition for the 'deep dive' ones. You should always (or so) add this kind of videos with the more technical ones. Both ARE interesting in their own way. If your ingredients are already cooked, its a fun approach to show us what to do with leftovers in a creatives way.

One of my favorite tricks I figured out is to use butter instead of oil. The tortilla will develop a really tasty "blackened" crust.

Ethan, your channel has inspired me to cook with more protein. You have motivated me to cook at home, and to learn to do it better. Much appreciation.

My brain is so burnt out from studying. So, this video was therapy for me. Just you talking to the cam. So chill. I felt like you're my friend and we're just having a chat in your kitchen. hahaha.

Would love to watch these type of more "personal" "behind-the-scenes" style vids.

I love your videos because they teach an amazing cooking background and teach the scientific knowledge that most home cooks lack. However, these videos are awesome. It is nice just to see the general thoughts.... especially after a long day of work. Seeing the real time cooking and keeping it quick and healthy is awesome!

Using your advice to coat chicken breast in mayo before cooking has honestly changed the game for me, I used to make such sad chicken 🤣 I'm excited for even more knowledge on superior chicken cooking techniques!

I really appreciated this Vlog style video. It was great to see a little behind the scenes and a bit of insight into how your thought process works.

I love these shorter videos in addition to the deep dives. The deep dives show me the mechanics, and these shorter videos give inspiration for how I can use what I've learned from the deep dives.
