Made this today! So I definitely had to adjust the water for the batter, 1 cup was not enough, used closer to 2 cups. The double fry is a game changer!!

Didn't have many of the ingredients, but I went through with it still tasted great! Thank you!! And instead of double frying, I am just going to airfry it whilst washing up. Not the best at frying stuff in the first place. I will probably make a big batch if I make this again and will leave some in the freezer for later. Seriously though, every time I wing it, it turns out pretty dang good, but when I try too hard, i guess I stress and happen to mess up 😂

Maybe you should also try some other cuisines too!
I am from India and I love adding fusions of East and South Asian flavors in meals
