Hello !
Im coming throu this process right now - its working really, and in that magic +- moments i adding small break of schemat/standart behaving.
That small changes (new recepie, new food, showering etc) makes another life builded on our plan. Small changes means longer time, big changes shorter time to break through.

Namaste Master Sri, This was honestly good advice💛💫 but somehow I still do My bad habit in the moment EVERY TIME SMH. SO, I guess I’ll just watch this Everyday as much as possible and get all types of help until I permanently break the bad habit, wish Me 🍀🙃!!
