Thanks Nate, I'm in the same boat. I was able to stop taking Lisinopril a few months ago. My Dr was pleased with my numbers. Now working at removing Amlodipine.

The 2000mg krill oil arrived today. I've been stuck at 155/95 no matter what I take or do that others say worked for their BP.
On occasion when I pushed really hard, helping move a couch up some stairs or something like that my blood pressure drops 120/80. That happened several times when I was steadily monitoring my BP.
The Dr tried to get me on a diuretic around 8 years. I took a couple and quit.
I took 2 krill with dinner. I eat late and stay up late. I started fasting a couple of weeks ago. The first 3 days without food just water, himalayan salt and some liquid minerals for the electrolytes. The hardest part was the habit of eating. The smell, the taste. I wasn't really hungry just used to eating, now what do I do. I am not a smoker but I imagine like quitting smoking. I did some fasting years ago. It's been so long I really don't remember other than I fasted.
Days 4 and 5 I had some nuts once a day. Since then my diet varies. I am intermittent fasting, only eating once a day within a 4+ window starting around 9 pm when I come in from working in the garden. Fasting was supposed to help with BP but no change. Some days I will eat two eggs loaded with broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, onions, garlic, cheese, hot peppers, seasonings and a small piece of tenderloin. Other days just 1 loaded egg. Other days just some asparagus mushrooms and onions etc. Other days just fruit, grapes, cantaloupe, pineapple and nuts. No salt mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, pistachio.
What helps during the day is first thing is I mix a teaspoon cayenne pepper, a quarter teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Aleppo pepper, a quarter teaspoon Chipotle and I take one teaspoon of that mix in a glass of water and feel the burn. I also take a Nature's Way 450 mg proprietary blend of extra hot Cheyenne pepper, ginger, hawthorne berry with my meal. It hurts my stomach without the meal. Directions say take with a meal. I picked up on the cayenne pepper from watching Barbra O'Neil on the Eternal Health channel.
Throughout the day I have a seasoning mix that I can dip my finger in and place on my tongue. The taste is enough to compensate for not eating. And since right now I'm working in the garden I may eat 5 or 10 raspberries off the bush.
Prior to fasting my stomach's was feeling like it's was full and protruding otherwise I normally don't have a problem with my weight.
I didn't take my weight when I started but when I started weighing myself daily I am losing around 2 pounds a day. I lost 9 pounds. I think I started weighing myself around day 7, today is day 15. I am thinking about fitting in another 3-day fast without any meals soon. I plan to take two krill twice daily for awhile and keep monitoring my BP and then start cutting back If it drops. I didn't realize krill was a shellfish. I don't normally eat shellfish. But I've taken krill in the past. It's hard to find clean fish oil the water is so polluted.
There are a few things you can eat in limited amounts without breaking a fast.
I will also take a handful of vitamins some days. Vitamins are another subject. Turns out the B12 in the B complex vitamin I've been taking is made with a synthetic ingredients derived from fermented cyanide. I've been a big supplement guy for years.

Any idea where to get the QBBXFF brand of sea moss? The Amazon link has a different product and I’m trying to find the one you’re using. Thank you.

What is it about the krill oil that has lowered BP for many people? Is it the Astaxanthin, Phospholipids, Omega 3 fatty acids, or something else not listed on the label? Is there another better and possibly more effective source for the the active ingredient? Is it the Omega 3 fatty acids? Will flax seed oil or other oil produce the same results?
It has only been 4 days since I began taking the Krill oil without any change in BP.
Because I am fasting, I have recently stopped, but I have been taking one teaspoon each of black seed oil, flax seed oil, MCT oil, and a pour of thick beet juice made from beet powder daily.for 6 months and most days before that for years without any change in BP. But for those who have experienced a drop in BP from krill, with some experimentation could try to determine if it is the Omega fatty acids that are lowering your BP and if any of the healthy oils explained in the video link below in the reply to this comment produce the same or better results.
