she is 200% right. I tried what she said and it did change my life. No longer I am feeling hungry all the time.

Also no longer I have missed up stomach and gases in my stomach.

After listening to her, i changed my breakfast. From tea+bread+biscuits to bulletproof coffee+apple. And i also started doing intermittent fasting. And my fasting blood sugar dropped from 105 to 95, without any medicines, and in less than a month 😃

I do lemon water, celery juice and a fruit smoothie every morning. This has changed my life. I lost 50lbs and I eat every 2 to 3 hours. Never felt better and no longer pre-diabetic.

I am going to change my breakfast because i can't stand the fact that my mitochondria are hurting with my current breakfast. They never did anything to deserve it.😂

Thanks to you, my typical breakfast is a 2-3 egg omelet with mushrooms, garlic, onion, baby spinach & arugula (which I grow myself), a tomato, lowfat sharp cheddar, and Italian seasoning.

I start my break with only boiled eggs and can honestly feel the difference now as an adult since being raised with all cereals and sugars for breakfast ❤

Valuable info. Thanks for sharing this! That is why, since the olden times in Indian culture, for breakfast we always have been eating Upma/Sooji (savoury preparation of Semolina with veggies) or Poha ( savoury version of flattened rice) or Idli / Dosa (fermented rice with urad dal) preparations.

I wish someone would have told me this when I was going through school I probably would have done better. The difference between D’s and A’s is in the right breakfast!

I took this advice from her about 6 months ago… swapped my sweet oatmeal for savory and I gained energy, lost weight from not craving sweets as much, and gained a steady appetite… my go to oatmeal is paired with black pepper and parmesan cheese. Sounds odd but it is so yummy!

You are bang on, it makes a lot of sense and whatever you are saying is very true i have frist experience with people who have very sweet tea/ coffe on empty stomach everyday first day in the morning, these people have becomediabetic these people eat their first meal at 11:30 am
