I use Blue Lizard sunscreen, SPF 30, $11 for 5 oz. It's never stung my eyes, and it doesn't stain my clothes, like around the neckline. Takes a while to sink in and get rid of the white cast, but it's worth it.
For those who can afford it, at $41 for 1.7 oz., Elta MD SPF 46 sunscreen IMHO is the best as far as application and how it feels on your skin.
Red light therapy gives a person a good excuse to lie down, relax, and listen to a podcast. 🙂

Try coconut oil on the skin. There is nothing added in coconut oil. Also, try drinking coconut water.
