David Sinclair and his team should win a Nobel prize, not only for the research and discoveries they have done on fighting aging, but that he is openly sharing this new knowledge to the world.

This also explains balding in older men (not premature balding in 20yr olds). A good scalp vasculature is key to prevent miniaturization, since hypoxic environments promotes the impact of DHT.

Essentially, increase NMN intake. I’d stay away from supplements unless they’re pharmaceutical grade. Foods highest in NMN:
1. Broccoli
2. Cabbage
3. Cucumber
4. Edamame
5. Avocado
6. Tomato

Whenever I'm feeling a little too high on endorphins and the wonder of life, I'll come here and watch this video and remember how old I am and how much my body is decaying as I follow life's rut ever more slowly until I'm choked to death by the very systems that brought me life. Cheers 🍻

2:41 I started a regimen of 1g/day of NMN and 1g/day of resveratrol on 10/1/22. Within two weeks, the lower leg edema that I had been experiencing for several years completely went away. On top of that, my recovery time from daily pickle ball was very significantly shorter, and no more calf muscle pulls. None. I have been on the regimen for roughly two and a half months. I will never stop.

NMN = Nicotinamide mononucleotide- It's an over the counter supplement for those of you wondering.

Thats very encouraging news and remarkable that a naturally occuring product in our body would be the catalyst that reinvigorates the others and reverses the condition

David Sinclair you are a genius your theory on epigenetic aging would also explain the cambrian explosion of species as well as aging. Neat when one new theory explains an old conundrum.

It's refreshing to see a scientist have a genuine interest in discovery in his field--though not that you can tell from this short video. There are other Harvard scientists, like Wrangham and Willet, who seem to be preoccupied with self-promotion, and science takes a backseat.

Dear David, Although I found NMN to be a rather strong diuretic that’s sometimes convenient, Nicotinamide Riboside seems to do the trick for me. It’s a little pricey so you can also try regular Niacinamide (Vitamin B3, Niacin) as a NAD+ booster. Along with Resveratrol, it may be the “15 year pill” here for us already!
