Today's Yin yoga practice is all about maintaining good digestive health and relieving bloating, cramps, or discomfort in the digestive tract. We focus on balancing the Stomach/Spleen meridians running up the front body to/from toes through chest and abdomen. Great class to open the hips, hip flexors, chest, and legs as well!

THANK you for this video. I loved that there was no music and there wasn't a rush to it. Oftentimes in past yoga classes I wanted to stay in the poses longer but that wasn't the focus of the class. This class was perfect! I also wanted to come out of many poses but your guidance helped me to stay in to benefit the opening of the spleen and stomach meridians.

Thank you for this practice this morning Aprille. What stood out to me was lunge pose. I realize it is a pose I have been avoiding in my personal practice. There was an intensity in that pose from physical sensations, to an emotional intensity to an awareness of the ways that I grip and hold at this intersection of my body.
