Driver in the sedan is at fault. Yea the truck could have let her in but looks like the truck driver already let a car in from the merge lane and she wanted to get ahead. There wasnt enough space for her to merge but she wanted to force her way in by making him yield when shes the one that has to yield. When he didnt yield, she still continued to merge and hit his car even though theres plenty of room behind him. Icing on the cake is the audacity of her acting as the victim and attacking his vehicle. Im so done with drivers like this, I wouldve not let her in either.

2 things I always do when I drive, I let one or two people merge during traffic cuz you do something nice to people, it really shows and some people pass it on. 2nd, if you see a complete asshat, I just let ‘em go, because karma and cops will get to them sooner or later. Don’t join the karen and angry club, remain cool and you’ll live longer, trust me.

I guarantee you this car was in the same lane 5 or 6 cars behind the pickup truck, she went into the merging lane and drove until it ran out just to cut back in. I see that exact thing 50 times a day here in Toronto.
