Even I as a driver know that I'm (technically) not supposed to get tipped on every order. It's IN THE NAME, TIP! It's optional for the customer, smh on that dude

If a tip is how they earn their money, it’s not a tip. It’s a wage, and should be included in the delivery fee. When you leave your wages up to the public to determine what they want to pay you, what did you think was going to happen? The entire system is WRONG.

So a customer is paying the amount of pizza + taxes, delivery charges + taxes and he gets abused for not giving tip. Delivery guy is abusing a teen and 13 years old girl for not giving tip. This is crazy. Good thing Tips are getting banned in lots of places. And if your job depends on tips, then you are already in trouble. and who expects tips from Teens. That dude has issues.
